Know your enemy! Nato vs Warsaw Pact

Warsaw pact invasion of Yugoslavia September 1985

A Soviet Air Assault Division


Romanian: WW2 Soviets armour,
Bulgarian:  WW2 Soviet Artillery
 are attempting to hit Yugoslavia in order to threaten NATOs southern flank, namely Italy, Greece and to a lesser extent, Turkey.


 Yugoslav National Army:
T-34/85
M-36 Jackson 
Iraqi Heavy weapons squad as JNA
Italian Leopard 1 tank squadron,
 Turkish m60 Squadron, M113 mounted infantry 
105mm gun battery (using ARVN cards)
175mm heavy battery 




Warsaw Pact units will be made up of T-62s, T-55s, and second line equipment plus some left over WW2 gear held by junior members of the Warsaw Pact.

With the success of their push into Western Europe, the Warsaw Pact now wants to threaten NATOs southern flank.
